Want to be a Vendor in the Rodeo?

 Our vendor booths are 10 x 15 feet and will be placed around the concourse of the Amarillo National Center. Booths can extend up to 15 feet from the wall, with a length of 10 feet. Drapes will be installed, and each booth will have an ID sign.

· Friday, April 11th:

• 8:30      AM to 5:00 PM: Move-in
• 6:00      PM: Doors open to the public
• 6:00      PM to end of rodeo: Vendors open
• 7:00      PM: 1st Perf Rodeo starts

· Saturday, April 12th:

• 12:00      PM: Doors open to the public
• 12:00      PM to end of rodeo: Vendors open
• 1:00      PM: Youth Rodeo starts
• 4:30      PM: Youth Concert starts
• 7:00      PM: 2nd Perf Rodeo starts
• 10:00      PM: Awards ceremony

· Move-out:

• After      the awards ceremony or on Sunday morning

Please note that all booth materials will be transported to the concourse using a large freight elevator. WTRR will have a canopy set up at the entrance of the elevator where you can obtain your passes.
